Weekly eBay Grails 3/6
With the state of the world being where it is, I find myself blindly grasping at meaningless solutions to problems far beyond my control. I live in an intense state of anxiety caused by the impending death of the planet. Since I failed the Mensa test, it is obvious that my brain will not be conjuring up any groundbreaking solutions to this problem. Instead, I’ve done my best to minimize my culpability. This has involved avoiding buying fast fashion and new clothes whenever possible. Combine that with a love of deals and discounts and you have yourself an eBay fanatic.
Turns out, however, that an entry-level salary isn’t enough to afford every grail I find on eBay. So, I’ve done what any desperate twenty-something would do in my position: write an article for free with nothing to gain and only time to lose. Without further ado, I present to you my favorite finds on eBay this week.
This Polo Country shirt screams “I didn’t actually purchase this for work”. And you know what? That’s okay, it’s the 21st century. “Oh you wear your work shirt to work? That’s cringe.”
Just a beautiful sweater from Eddie Bauer at a great price AND you can make an offer! What more can a shopper ask for?
Miura watches can be a bit out there. Maybe if you’re spending over $100 on a watch that might not be what you’re looking for. This pastel take is as subtle as it gets while still screaming “look at me, I’m different.”
Wow, two garments for the price of one! Ferrari gear can be expensive and, since it doesn’t seem like a championship is coming anytime soon, perhaps spending hundreds of dollars on an obnoxious red leather jacket is ill advised. This reversible windbreaker should do the trick.
The same pair of Carhartt pants everyone has but slightly different! Isn’t that what being a fashion head is all about?
Spring is nearly upon us, and that means it’s time to lighten up the wardrobe. The only thing I love more than men who actually hike is men who dress like they do.
